Dominiq Ponder is a quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes who transferred to the program as an undergraduate with four years of eligibility remaining. The 6'5", 200-pound junior from Opa Locka, Florida, played prep football at Carol City High School and also attended Naples High School, where he recorded 511 passing yards and 10 touchdowns as a sophomore while adding 356 rushing yards and three scores on the ground. After redshirting at Bethune Cookman, Ponder made his collegiate debut in 2025, appearing in two games.
