Apisa Poumele is an offensive lineman from Pago Pago, American Samoa, who attended Tafuna High School before beginning his college career. He redshirted during his freshman year at New Mexico Military Institute in 2022, then played at Laney College for two seasons, earning First Team All-Conference honors in both 2023 and 2024 while competing at center, guard, and tackle. Poumele transferred to Central Michigan, where he appeared in all 13 games in 2025 with nine starts at center, including starts in each of the final seven games. He currently roster as a redshirt senior at Coastal Carolina.
