Joseph Roberto II is a linebacker from Helena, Alabama, who joined Clemson as a walk-on in 2024. He played linebacker and running back at Helena High School, where he earned first-team all-region honors as a senior and was named all-county in Shelby County. Roberto also spent his junior year at IMG Academy in Florida. He appeared on special teams in his 2024 debut against The Citadel. In 2025, he contributed on special teams in six games, including his season debut versus Syracuse. He has appeared in seven career games on special teams through 2025.
