Amare Adams is a defensive tackle from Jefferson, South Carolina who arrived at Clemson as a consensus top-100 national prospect. The 6'4", 305-pound sophomore was ranked seventh overall by recruiting services and earned five-star recognition from multiple outlets before committing in December 2023. In his 2025 debut, Adams appeared in 10 games, accumulating 5 total tackles across 107 defensive snaps while earning ACC Honor Roll selection. He recorded tackles against LSU, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Boston College, Duke, and Louisville.
