Zylan Perry is a running back for the Cincinnati Bearcats who transferred in from Louisiana. The 5'11", 212-pound native of Franklin, LA, was a multi-sport athlete in high school, earning First Team All-District honors as a senior while playing quarterback and defensive back. At Louisiana, Perry appeared in all 13 games in 2023 and led the FBS with 862 kick return yards, finishing with 1,100 all-purpose yards. In 2024, he set career-highs with 695 rushing yards and four touchdowns while leading the team in all-purpose yards at 1,164. This season, Perry rushed for 689 yards and eight touchdowns on 5.0 yards per carry while catching 16 passes for 106 yards, earning 2025 Honorable Mention All-Sun Belt recognition.
