Solomon Mathis is a 6'5", 285-pound offensive lineman from Hephzibah, GA, who chose Cincinnati over Georgia and Florida. A consensus three-star prospect and No. 48 OT prospect nationally according to recruiting services, Mathis earned Region 4-3A Offensive First Team honors as a sophomore. Over his high school career, he recorded 42 pancake blocks and 73 total tackles across both sides of the ball. As a senior, he logged 17 pancakes in 10 games and was selected for the Georgia vs. Carolina Border Bowl. Mathis joins the Bearcats as a true freshman for the 2026 class.
