Marcus McGregor is an offensive lineman for the Cincinnati Bearcats who stands 6'3" and weighs 312 pounds. A native of West Des Moines, Iowa, McGregor attended Valley High School, where he was a consensus three-star prospect and ranked among the state's top 20 recruits. As a senior in 2024, he earned all-state honors while helping Valley reach a state championship game with a 10-3 record. During that season, he contributed to Valley's rushing attack that accumulated over 2,400 rushing yards. McGregor redshirted in 2025 without appearing in game action and is returning for the 2026 season.
