Pierce Ayers is a 5'10", 180-pound wide receiver from Alexandria, Kentucky who transferred to Cincinnati after two seasons at Wittenberg. He redshirted during his freshman year before emerging in his sophomore campaign, recording two 100-yard receiving performances. Against Denison, Ayers caught 17 passes for 147 yards, a career high. He added six receptions for 119 yards in his contest against Wabash. Ayers joins the Bearcats as a sophomore transfer wearing number 89.
