Giyahni Kontosis is a 6'1", 205-pound wide receiver from Beltsville, Maryland who attends Cincinnati. A consensus three-star recruit and top 20 prospect in Maryland, he ranked among the nation's top 100 wide receiver prospects according to recruiting services. At Riverdale Baptist, Kontosis caught 59 passes for 1,099 yards and 13 touchdowns during a 9-0 senior season, averaging 19.3 yards per reception and earning 2022 Fall All-MET second-team honors. He selected Cincinnati over Indiana, Pittsburgh and Boston College. Kontosis appeared in three games during 2025 (Nebraska, Bowling Green and Liberty Bowl) while earning a redshirt.
