Jaylen Doss is a defensive lineman for Charlotte at 6'2" and 270 pounds. The Petal, Mississippi native prepped at Petal High School under coach Allen Glenn, earning Class 7A second team all-state honors and competing in the Bernard Blackwell All Star Classic representing Mississippi. During his 2025 freshman season, Doss recorded two tackles in action against South Florida before earning a redshirt. He returns to the roster as a redshirt freshman for the 2026 campaign.
