Grant Laskey is a 6'5", 240-pound tight end from Valdosta, Georgia, who attended Lowndes High School. A two-sport athlete, he played football and wrestling, winning a regional wrestling title and placing third in the GHSA 7A State Wrestling Tournament at 285 pounds as a junior. Laskey joined Charlotte as a member of the 49ers' 13th recruiting class in 2024 and redshirted his freshman year without appearing in games. He returns as a redshirt sophomore for the 2025 season and is on the American Conference Academic Honor Roll. From Lowndes · Valdosta, GA.
