Zac Chapeau is a punter and placekicker for Central Michigan listed at 6'2" and 210 pounds. A 2024 Athens Academy graduate from Athens, Georgia, he redshirted as a true freshman in 2024. In 2025 as a redshirt sophomore, Chapeau appeared in five games as a backup punter and kickoff specialist, recording three punts for 121 yards with a long of 50 yards and averaging 40.3 yards per punt. He also logged one kickoff for 50 yards against Buffalo on November 12. Chapeau made his collegiate debut at Pittsburgh on September 6, converting a career-long 50-yard punt.
