Tysen Campbell is a defensive back for Central Michigan who hails from Akron, Ohio, where he graduated from Archbishop Hoban H.S. in June 2024. A three-star recruit, Campbell redshirted during his true freshman year in 2024. In 2025 as a redshirt sophomore, he appeared in three games primarily on special teams, recording two tackles with one solo tackle. He made one solo tackle against Massachusetts on 10/25 and another in the season finale versus Toledo on 11/29, also seeing action against Buffalo on 11/12.
