Max Van Fleet is a senior defensive lineman for Central Michigan, standing 6'4" and weighing 275 pounds. The Bow, New Hampshire native graduated from St. Paul's H.S. in 2021, where he earned all-league honors as a junior with 10 sacks and was elected team captain as a senior. Van Fleet played five years at Cornell, appearing in 34 games and recording 77 tackles (24 solo), 5.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, one pass breakup, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries. In 2025, he played all 10 games at defensive end, posting 32 tackles (nine solo), 2.5 tackles for loss, and 2.0 sacks. He enrolled at Central Michigan in January 2026.
