Declan Duley is a 6'2", 220-pound punter from El Paso, Illinois, who transferred to Central Michigan after two years at Illinois. Enrolled in January 2025, Duley appeared in all 13 games during the 2025 season as the team's punter. He recorded 54 punts for 2,221 yards with a 41.1 yards-per-punt average, placing 18 inside the 20-yard line and recording three touchbacks. His season-long punt of 71 yards ranks as the 12th longest in school history. Duley is currently a redshirt junior.
