Kingston Lopa is a 6'5", 210-pound safety from Sacramento, California, who attended Grant High School. A four-star recruit in the 2024 class, he was ranked No. 216 overall by recruiting services and earned selection to the Polynesian Bowl. Lopa signed with Oregon, where he redshirted his freshman year in 2024 after appearing in six games, including four in the regular season, and recording his first career tackle against Michigan. In 2025 as a redshirt freshman, he played in 13 games, compiling 12 tackles, 1.0 sack, 1.0 tackle for loss, and one pass breakup. He transferred to California and is listed as a redshirt sophomore.
