Kahlee Tafai is a 6'5", 335-pound left guard from Inglewood, California, who attended Leuzinger High School. He played offensive and defensive line in prep, helping his team reach the CIF-Southern Section Division 5 playoff semifinals as a senior. After redshirting his freshman year in 2023, Tafai appeared in eight games during his redshirt freshman season in 2024, starting four contests at left tackle against USC, Penn State, UCLA, and Oregon. He transferred to California and saw action against Rutgers. In 2025, he played in three games while appearing on the roster as a redshirt junior, including his Minnesota debut against Northwestern State.
