Frederick Williams III is a 6'5", 325-pound left tackle from Los Angeles, California, who attended Junipero Serra HS. A redshirt junior, Williams appeared in all 13 games during the 2025 season, recording six starts along the offensive line. He made three starts at right tackle before transitioning to left tackle for the final two games. In 2024, he appeared in five games as a starter across both positions. Williams helped protect quarterback Sagapolutele and pave the way for running back Kendrick Raphael, who accumulated 943 rushing yards and 1,188 all-purpose yards.
