Adam Mohammed is a running back from Glendale, Arizona, who attended Apollo High School before committing to Washington. At the prep level, he rushed for 5,180 yards and 94 touchdowns across 35 varsity games, earning regional player of the year honors three times and 5A Conference Player of the Year as a senior in 2023. Mohammed played in all 13 games during his freshman year in 2024, recording 42 carries for 193 yards and six receptions. In his sophomore season (2025), he appeared in 13 games with two starts, accumulating 523 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 116 carries while catching 17 passes for 138 yards. He achieved his first 100-yard rushing game in the win at UCLA and was named to the 2025 Big Ten All-Academic team. Mohammed transferred to California as a junior and is rated among the top running backs in the 2026 transfer portal.
