Ty Smith is a 6'0", 205-pound long snapper from Gilbert, Arizona who prepped at Highland High School, where he won state championships in 2022 and 2023. Smith received a five-star rating from Kohls Kicking Camps. He began his college career at Boise State, redshirting in 2024 before transferring to BYU. Smith is the son of Tyson Smith, who played football at BYU.
