Berkley Alfrey is a linebacker for the BYU Cougars standing 6'0" and weighing 230 pounds. From Auburn, Washington, Alfrey attended Auburn Mountainview High School, where he earned first-team all-state honors at running back and linebacker during his senior year. He compiled 199 total tackles and 17.5 tackles for loss in high school while also rushing for 2,157 yards and 18 touchdowns. Alfrey completed a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Buenos Aires East, Argentina before joining BYU. He redshirted the 2025 season and is returning as a roster-year freshman.
