Trey Roberts is a 6'1", 195-pound wide receiver for BYU from American Fork, Utah. He is the younger brother of BYU WR Chase Roberts and the son of Kyle Roberts, who played defensive back for the Cougars from 1987 and 1990–93. Roberts completed missionary service in Cochabamba, Bolivia and Raleigh, North Carolina prior to joining the team. At American Fork High School, he recorded 122 receptions for 1,780 yards and 20 touchdowns, and served as the team's punter his senior year. Roberts is a returning redshirt freshman in 2025.
