Reggie Frischknecht is a 6'4", 207-pound wide receiver from Ephraita, Utah who prepped at Manti High School, where he set school records with 1,750 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns as a senior while earning 3A All-State First Team honors in football, basketball and baseball. He played one season at Snow College in 2024, leading all NJCAA players with 14 touchdown receptions and posting 740 receiving yards on 38 catches. Frischknecht enrolled at Weber State for spring football in 2025 before joining BYU as a transfer. In 2025, he appeared in six games including the Big 12 Championship and Pop-Tarts Bowl, recording one reception for seven yards against TCU and earning Fall Academic All-Big 12 Team recognition.
