Seth Shigg is a cornerback from Los Angeles, California, who stands 5'10" and weighs 182 pounds. A three-star recruit with a 0.8306 rating, Shigg ranked 2189 nationally in the class of 2025. Before joining BYU, he earned four letters in both track and field and football. As a senior, he accumulated 4,073 total yards (2,973 passing, 1,100 rushing) and 47 touchdowns (30 passing, 17 rushing), setting a school record with 17 rushing touchdowns in a season and earning Offensive Player of the Year honors. In track, he won the Texas Relays 4x400m title and set a school record of 3:10.77 in the relay. Shigg currently competes as a true freshman for the Cougars.
