Keanu Tanuvasa is a 6'4", 300-pound defensive tackle from Mission Viejo, California, who completed a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints before enrolling at Utah. He appeared in 24 games with 19 starts for the Utes, earning 2024 All-Big 12 Conference honorable mention recognition. Tanuvasa transferred to BYU as a redshirt senior in 2025 and started all 14 games as a team captain, recording 25 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and three pass breakups. He posted season-high four tackles against Stanford and Cincinnati, with sacks versus Stanford and TCU.
