Enoch Watson is a freshman quarterback for BYU listed at 6'3" and 215 pounds from Queen Creek, Arizona. A three-star recruit with a composite score of 85, Watson played at American Leadership Academy under instruction from BYU Heisman Trophy winner Ty Detmer and former BYU quarterback Max Hall.
