Stantavious Smith is a 6'2", 280-pound right defensive tackle from Albany, Georgia who attended Dougherty High School. At Dougherty, he recorded 92 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and eight sacks during his junior season and earned All-State honorable mention honors. He also was selected All-Region in his senior year. Smith redshirted during one season at USF before transferring to Florida A&M, where he played two seasons and tallied 22 tackles and a tackle for loss. He now enters his redshirt junior year at Buffalo wearing No. 95.
