Messiah Burch is a redshirt junior running back from Staten Island, New York, who attended Monsignor Farrell High School. At Buffalo, Burch appeared in all 13 games during the 2024 season as a reserve, recording 153 rushing yards and two touchdowns along with nine receptions for 99 yards. In 2025, he appeared in six games, rushing for 41 yards and completing four receptions. Burch has been named Academic All-MAC in both 2024 and 2025.
