Nakai Amachree is a redshirt freshman running back from Haslett, Michigan. At Haslett High School, he earned all-state honors in 2023 and was named to the Michigan Dream Team that year. He also received all-conference and all-region recognition in both 2022 and 2023, and served as the team's offensive MVP in those seasons. Amachree redshirted during his 2024 freshman year at Bowling Green. In 2025, he appeared in four games, recording 22 rushing yards on 7 carries with a long run of 11 yards, including performances against Lafayette (5 yards on 3 carries), Cincinnati (2 yards on 2 carries), and Louisville (15 yards on 2 carries).
