At Paso Robles High School, he earned first-team all-conference honors as a running back, rushing for 3,680 career yards and 38 touchdowns across 28 varsity games. He began his college career at San Diego State in 2023, appearing in 10 games and recording two receptions for 13 yards with one touchdown.
