Drey Braxton is a 5'10", 170-pound junior defensive back at Bowling Green who transferred in January 2026 from North Carolina Central. At NCCU, he appeared in 19 career games over the 2024 and 2025 seasons, recording 44 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, three interceptions, and 11 passes defended while forcing one fumble. In 2025, Braxton made 40 stops, 2.5 TFLs, 1.0 sack, two interceptions, and 10 pass breakups, including a 28-yard pick-6 against Fayetteville State. He played defensive back and receiver at Highland Springs High School in Virginia, where his team went 43-3 over four years and won a state championship in 2023.
