Rae Sykes Jr. is a 6'1", 210-pound defensive back for Boston College. A three-star recruit from Rome, Georgia, Sykes recorded over 100 tackles across his final two years of high school, adding 63 tackles, two interceptions, two tackles-for-loss, and one fumble recovery in his last season when Rome won a state title. He earned all-conference honors in back-to-back years and was named his region's Defensive Player of the Year. Sykes joined the Eagles program in summer 2025 and appeared in seven games as a freshman, primarily contributing on special teams.
