Charlie Comella is a safety from Wellesley, MA who attended Xaverian Brothers high school, where he won a state football championship. The redshirt sophomore appeared in all 12 games during the 2025 season with one start, recording 17 total tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss. He recovered a fumble against Clemson on 10/11 and blocked a punt versus Fordham on 8/30. Comella also returned four punts for 26 yards in 2025. He redshirted in 2024 after appearing in four games, including the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl.
