Ryder Swanson is a 6'3", 290-pound defensive lineman from Oregon City, Oregon, currently a redshirt freshman at Boise State. At Oregon City High School, he earned first-team all-state honors as a defensive lineman and honorable mention all-state at offensive lineman. As a senior, Swanson recorded 76 tackles, 11.0 tackles for loss, 9.0 sacks, four forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and an interception, also earning Three Rivers League Defensive Lineman of the Year. He spent the 2025 season redshirting and returns to the Broncos roster for the 2026 campaign.
