David Latu is a 6'4", 325-pound defensive lineman from Rosepark, Utah, who attended Brigham High School before playing at Snow College and BYU. At Snow College in 2022, he earned NJCAA Second Team All-America honors. He transferred to BYU, where he appeared in two games during his redshirt junior season in 2024 and played in all 12 games as a sophomore in 2023. Latu joined Boise State as a transfer and appeared in 12 games with six starts in 2025, recording nine total tackles, three tackles for loss, and 1.0 sacks. He was selected to the Athlon Sports Preseason All-Pac-12 Fourth Team for 2026.
