Rowan Rupp is a true freshman defensive lineman for the Boise State Broncos from Meridian, Idaho. A three-star recruit at Rocky Mountain High School, Rupp was the top-rated defensive lineman from Idaho according to recruiting services, and ranked among the top eight prospects statewide by all three outlets.
