Roger Carreon is a right guard for Boise State who hails from Jal, New Mexico. A three-star recruit in the 2022 class, he made his collegiate debut and started at UTEP on September 23, 2022. Over his first three seasons, Carreon appeared in all 14 games in 2023 and 2025, starting seven and 13 times respectively, while appearing in six games with six starts in 2024. In 2025, he ranked third on the team with 885 offensive snaps and posted a 76.9 Pro Football Focus run blocking grade against UNLV. Carreon has earned three Academic All-Mountain West selections and Phil Steele Preseason All-Pac-12 First Team honors for 2026.
