Carter Kuchenbuch is a redshirt freshman tight end at Boise State from Okanogan, Washington. A three-star recruit, he was ranked No. 11 in Washington by recruiting services. In high school, Kuchenbuch earned Washington 2B Player of the Year honors and led Okanogan to a state title. Playing multiple positions, he compiled 1,953 passing yards and 33 touchdowns while adding 2,214 rushing yards and 52 touchdowns. Defensively, he recorded 93 tackles with 9.0 sacks and 13.5 TFLs, along with two forced fumbles and two blocked kicks. Kuchenbuch made his collegiate debut against Washington in the LA Bowl on December 13.
