Ryelan Morris is a running back from Honey Grove, Texas, who arrived at Baylor as a true freshman in 2026. A consensus four-star recruit, Morris was ranked 223rd nationally by national outlets, the 10th best athlete and 27th best prospect in Texas. In 2024, he rushed for 1,200 yards and 26 touchdowns while averaging 10.53 yards per carry, also throwing for 340 yards and three touchdowns. As a sophomore, Morris accumulated 1,754 rushing yards with 32 touchdowns and added 888 passing yards with 10 touchdowns. Morris also competed in track, posting a 10.58 in the 100 meters as a junior.
