Tristan Cook is a 6'6", 291-pound right tackle from Lexington, Kentucky, who attended Woodford County High School. A three-star recruit, Cook joined Ball State in 2023, appearing in two games before receiving a redshirt. He was projected as a starter in 2024 but suffered a training camp injury that sidelined him for the season and earned a medical extension. In 2025, Cook started all 12 games at right tackle and earned Academic All-MAC honors. He returns for his fourth year with the Cardinals as a preseason All-MAC candidate and part of an experienced offensive line.
