During his first season with the Cardinals in 2025, Hamilton caught 20 passes for 244 yards over 12 games, averaging 12.2 yards per reception. His longest catch of the year measured 47 yards in the season finale at Miami on November 29. Hamilton recorded seven receptions for 61 yards against UConn on September 20, the most catches by any Cardinals receiver that game.
