Anthony McMullen is a running back for the Ball State Cardinals. The Massillon, Ohio native attended Washington High School, where he reached the OHSAA Region 7 playoff finals during his senior year. Previously, he spent his freshman and sophomore years at Archbishop Hoban, winning back-to-back Region 5 championships and reaching a state championship game. McMullen transferred to Buchtel for his junior year, averaging 54.7 rushing yards per game and scoring three touchdowns. Known as "Amp," he signed with Ball State after receiving offers from multiple Mid-American Conference and Sun Belt schools. McMullen, a true freshman listed at 5'11" and 216 pounds, wears number 21.
