Jaquez Wilkes is a true freshman buck for the Auburn Tigers from Wadley, Alabama. At Wadley High School, Wilkes rushed for more than 5,000 yards and 60 touchdowns while recording 287 total tackles and 16.0 career sacks. He earned 2025 Super All-State honors and 1A Back of the Year accolades, along with ASWA first-team All-State selection. Wilkes helped Wadley to the 2024 Class 1A State title and was named 2024 AHSAA Super 7 Championship MVP. He was a four-star recruit rated No. 5 in Alabama and No. 15 Edge nationally by major recruiting services.
