Deryc Plazz is a 6'4", 320-pound left guard from Jacksonville, Florida, who transferred to Auburn from Miami. At the University of Miami, he appeared in five games across two seasons, including four contests in 2025 when the Hurricanes reached the CFP National Championship game. During his redshirt freshman year, he saw action at left tackle and on special teams, while appearing in one game in 2024. Plazz prepped at Mandarin High School, where he transferred before his senior year and helped lead the Mustangs to the Class 4M State Championship Game. A consensus three-star recruit, he was ranked No. 709 overall in the composite Rankings and No. 52 among offensive linemen nationally.
