Ismael Cisse is a 6'0", 198-pound wide receiver from Denver, Colorado, who transferred to Arkansas from Stanford. A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, Cisse redshirted his freshman year at Stanford in 2023, appearing in two games. In 2024 as a redshirt freshman, he played in all 12 games with five starts, recording 26 receptions for 241 yards and two touchdowns. He logged at least one reception in eight games, including a season-high eight catches for 79 yards and a touchdown against Cal Poly on September 7. Cisse missed the entire 2025 season due to an injury sustained before fall camp and now enters his redshirt junior year with the Razorbacks.
