Tony Carter is a defensive end for Arkansas State who hails from Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Lipscomb Academy. As a high school prospect, he was rated a three-star defensive lineman and earned offers from 18 universities across the Big Ten and ACC. In his senior season, he recorded 8.5 sacks, 11.5 tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles while helping his team win two state championships. Carter appeared in 12 games during the 2025 season, accumulating four total tackles (three solo, one assisted) while serving as a rotational defensive lineman and contributor on special teams.
