Rayquan Williams is a cornerback for Arkansas State standing 6'2" and weighing 165 pounds. A native of Germantown, Tennessee, Williams began his college career at Oregon in 2022 as a true freshman without appearing in games. He then transferred to Allen University, where he recorded 15 tackles over two years with 12 solo stops. Williams collected five interceptions total, including three in consecutive games to finish 2025, and returned one interception for 53 yards that season. Against Erskine, he registered two interceptions and five pass breakups. Williams also blocked two kicks during his time at Allen, one in each of 2024 and 2025.
