Malekhi Weedon is a safety for Arkansas State who hails from Suwanee, Georgia, and attended North Gwinnett High School. As a senior in 2024, he recorded 72 total tackles, 49 solo stops, and 3.0 tackles for loss while also tallying five interceptions with 62 return yards. In his 2025 freshman season, Weedon appeared in all 12 games, accumulating eight total tackles (six solo, two assisted) and two pass breakups. He posted a career-high six tackles in the game against Arkansas. Weedon is currently a returning sophomore on the roster.
