Cape Johnson is an offensive lineman from Wichita Falls, Texas, who attended Butler (Kan.) CC before joining Arkansas State. At Butler in 2025, he was rated a three-star JUCO prospect and the No. 11 JUCO interior offensive lineman by recruiting services, along with the No. 36 JUCO prospect from Texas. Johnson helped the Grizzlies achieve a 7-3 overall record and a 4-2 conference mark while earning a No. 9 NJCAA national ranking. The offensive unit he anchored allowed just 11 sacks and helped rushers average 192.9 yards per game with 5.2 yards per carry. Johnson, who stands 6'4" and weighs 303 pounds, returns as a junior with Arkansas State.
