Oscar Rios is a freshman quarterback for the Arizona Wildcats from Norwalk, California, where he attended Downey High School. A four-year letterwinner in high school, Rios completed 475-of-749 passes for 8,070 yards and 77 touchdowns while adding 2,227 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns. He was named 2024 Gateway League MVP and earned four-star status in the composite recruiting rankings, ranking as the No. 24 quarterback prospect nationally.
